Clear communication and mutual respect make every appointment smoother- for both of us. Please review the policies below before booking. If you have any questions, I’m happy to clarify!

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% service fee. No-shows and same day cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.
I completely understand that life happens! If you’re sick or facing an emergency, please reach out as soon as possible.
Communication is always appreciated and helps me manage my schedule with care.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your service may need to be modified to fit the remaining time or, in some cases, will have to be rescheduled entirely. If we are unable to proceed, it will be treated as a late cancellation and the cancellation fee may apply.
If you are running behind, please text me- I’m often able to adjust slightly, but I always want to honor the next guest’s time as well.

Due to the nature of salon services, I do not offer refunds.
However, your satisfaction is incredibly important to me. If you’re unhappy with your result, please contact me within 7 days of your appointment. I will always offer to make reasonable adjustments to ensure you feel confident and cared for.
Please note: adjustments must be scheduled within 14 days of your original appointment and apply only to the original service performed.

The Studio is a calming, client-centered space designed for intentional, one-on-one experiences. For that reason, I kindly ask that you come to your appointment solo, unless a child is booked for a service.
Children’s services are available for ages 12 and under, and adult pricing begins at age 13. For their safety and comfort, all children receiving a service must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Unattended children are not permitted in the studio.
